Q. How and when should I book?
Bridal & Bridal Party:
I recommend booking your appointment 6-9 months in advance to ensure availability. A bridal contract must be signed and a 20% non-refundable deposit must be obtained in order to confirm your booking. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
Other Appointments:
A 20% non-refundable deposit must be obtained to secure your booking.
Q. Do I need to finalize the number of people before booking?
It is preferred that you get as close to the exact number of people as possible. However, you can always confirm the final number of people, at least 2 months prior to the wedding date. This will help me determine if I will need to hire a secondary artist.
Q. Are there any discounts offered?
No, my prices are fixed and no discounts will be offered unless specified otherwise.

Q. Do you do hair as well?
​
Yes, I do basic hairstyles. However, if you require an advanced hairstyle or depending on the number of people that require hair and makeup, I have several amazing professional hairstylists that I have worked with that I can refer you to.
PREVIEWS
Q. When should I schedule the preview and where will it take place?
The preview will take place within a 1-2 month time span prior to the appointment date.
The location will be at my studio. A confirmation email or message with the location will be sent a week before the scheduled preview date.
Q. How long will the preview take? Can I bring others with me?
You can bring maximum 2 other people with you for the bridal preview due to limited space.
The preview usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the package selected and the desired look.
Q. Can anyone else besides the bride, book a preview?
Yes! Anyone that has booked an appointment for a makeup application, can book a preview before the appointment date. Please note that there will be an additional cost.

Q. Is the preview an additional cost?
​
Bridal : No, the preview cost is included in the bridal packages.
Non-Bridal : Yes, an additional cost is applicable in case of any other makeup service booking.
Q.What if I am not happy with the preview?
​
I will follow up after your preview run to discuss your feedback and any changes you want to make. If you are unhappy, I will gladly do a second preview run to make sure we create the perfect look for your day. ​
Wedding Day/Travel​

Q. Can you travel to our location?
Yes! The travel fee is included in the quoted price, beyond which an additional fee will be charged.

Q. I want to use some of my own makeup products. Is this possible?
​
Yes of course, I want you to feel totally comfortable so if you would like me to use a product you know works well on your skin, I will be more than happy to do so.

Q. How long does each application take?
Each makeup application will take between 45 mins to 1 hour depending on the look desired. Bolder makeup looks will take longer.

Products Used​
Q. Are lashes included for all the services? Will it lower the cost if I don't want lashes?
​
Yes, they are included for everyone. Whoever is getting makeup done will have the option of choosing between strip lashes or individual lashes depending on time restrictions.

The cost will remain the same, with or without lashes.

Q. What makeup brands do you use?
​
I use a wide range of products from many different high end brands. I do not solely use one Makeup brand company as I believe each company has a distinct product that they pride themselves on or that I find to favor in most companies. Only high quality and high performing products are in my kit to ensure your makeup is flawless on camera. All products are tested for performance prior to making it into my collection. Some of the brands included in my kit are MAC Cosmetics, Nars, Dior, Huda Beauty, Tarte Cosmetics, Laura Mercier, Rare Beauty.

Q. What is included in my touch-up kit?
Each touch up kit includes :

Day or Evening Makeup : Powder Puff with powder, Customized Lip Color Sample.
Bridal Party : Powder Puff with Powder, Customized Lip Color Sample, Blotting sheets & Disposable applicators
Basic Bridal Package, Superior Bridal Package: Customized lip color sample, loose powder sample, oil blotting sheets, makeup remover wipes, powder puff and disposable applicators.
Premium Bridal Package : Customized Lip color sample, loose powder sample, cleansing balm sample, powder puff, breath mints, lash glue, oil blotting sheets and disposable applicators.
